POLICIES

What you need to know for your appointment

Services are by appointment only. We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment giving you time to check in, unwind and receive a complimentary beverage.
If this is your first time at La Mer, we will have a consultation with you about your specific needs and expectations which allows us to develop the best therapy plan for you. You will be required to fill out a brief health form and disclose any medical conditions, surgeries, allergies, etc. Additionally, any conditions that arise prior to subsequent visits must also be disclosed. This is for your safety and well being.

  • We ask that you please turn off your cell phone and remove all jewelry prior to your massage.
  • Please be prompt. If you are late it may be necessary to deduct that time from your massage to allow us to remain on schedule for our other clients.
  • All cancellations require a twenty-four (24) hour notice.
  • After your appointment please drink a lot of water!!  Massage Therapy releases toxins from within the muscle tissue and it is important these toxins are flushed from your system.
